505 Residential Tower

505 is a luxury residential building right in the heart of downtown Nashville. It’s the tallest residential high rise in Tennessee, with upscale apartments, condominiums, and penthouses in walking distance of Nashville’s most popular venues.

Greathouse was proud to work on the design for 505’s amenity deck, built over a public city parking deck. It features a pool, tennis court, and dog park with artificial turf and bamboo screening. We craned up over 500 cubic yards of specialty lightweight roof soil, and planted over 700 various perennials, grasses, groundcovers and shrubs. We also built a perimeter screening of Taylor junipers that’s visible from Broadway when looking up at the building.

We completed the project in 2018 and have been maintaining it ever since!
