BMG Complex

BMG Nashville recently opened their state-of-the-art music complex on Music Circle South. The new development in the heart of Music City makes it the company’s third-largest territory in the world.

The full-service music facility has a total of 36,000 square feet. Key design features include top-of-the-line recording and songwriting rooms, indoor and outdoor working spaces, individual listening rooms, and a large communal outside area and terrace available for live events.

Greathouse collaborated with Hawkins Partners to create and install this commercial landscape design. Complete with ornamental grasses, a bio pond, perennials, and a dry creek bed, the design matches BMG’s goal of sophistication and class.

The project was completed in 2019. Greathouse continues to maintain the landscaping.
