Broad Oaks

Broad Oaks is a high-end estate HOA developed by the custom home builder, Partners in Building. These luxury homes demanded a standout introduction to the community.

Greathouse was selected to install the community’s custom stone entry monuments, custom-lit metal signage, mature landscape with large trees and purposeful mass plantings that deliver year-round appeal, a new lighting system to enhance the evening day parts, and a robust irrigation system to support the new landscape.

With very few lots in this community, residents receive the best of both worlds: outdoor country living with lots of privacy and access to the city.

The project was completed in 2022 and Greathouse still maintains the landscape.
