Sense of Arrival

A maintenance client was looking to enhance the landscape at their Leiper’s Fork home.

To give a sense of arrival to an expansive rural estate, Greathouse provided the design and installation of magnolia trees along their meandering driveway. Our team worked directly with the homeowner to stake out exact positioning of the magnolias for a custom and personal experience.

An underground irrigation system was installed to support the new plantings, and additional tree up-lighting created a wow factor at night. Fun fact: In addition to the visual impact, trees can increase a property’s value by as much as 20% according to the Council of Tree and Landscape Appraisers.

The project was completed in 2021. Greathouse continues to maintain the landscaping.
