A New Location to Call Home

For the last 40 years, The Greathouse Company has been a trusted name in Nashville full-service landscaping. Over the years, we’ve seen plenty of changes with growth in our crew sizes, landscaping services, service areas, and the number of locations—including the opening of our brand-new Franklin location earlier this year.

And the growth hasn’t stopped there. We’re proud to announce the relocation of our Nashville office!

Our Whites Creek Space

After 6 years at a previous office space on 26th Ave N., we looked to find a new operations facility. Our goal was to find a place that mirrored the professionalism we strive to provide our clients while representing our work. Fortunately, we found 18 acres in Whites Creek, just 15 minutes north of downtown Nashville. The move was a few years in the making. Through careful planning and development, we successfully moved into our facility in the winter of 2020.

While 2020 was a tough year for many reasons, our team came together to perform numerous scope items for the building and the land. From start to finish, they worked hard to create a space we were extremely proud of.

The facility boasts 6,000 sq. ft. of office space and 8,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space. We also have plenty of acreage to store plant materials purchased for our projects. To attract and retain the best employees, our new facility creates a home for us to build culture and develop great teams.

Our Nashville landscaping services continue to include design, installation, and maintenance for residential and commercial properties. We are very excited about the future of The Greathouse Company in our new home.
