A Proven Process for Achieving Your Landscaping Goals
Making the entire landscaping experience stress-free and enjoyable is important to everyone at The Greathouse Company. We have developed a streamlined process that includes the right amount of client input combined with expert advice and project management.
Is Greathouse a good fit for your project? Identify your budget, scope of work, and any pertinent information. We will explain our design and installation process, take the design fee, and set an appointment for an initial design meeting.
A sales representative and designer will meet with you for an in-depth consultation to gather information about the project. From there, we set the initial design concept review date.
During the first design review, clients review initial sketches and provide feedback. We want to ensure the scope of the work is captured and displayed properly. If needed, we'll set up a second meeting to review revisions.
The second review ensures the changes made from the first concept meeting are captured accurately. We can then set the final concept review.
All revisions have been completed! The final design is presented in color with plants named. After this, we can schedule the proposal meeting.
This formal budget review and contract signing allows you to see the estimates for the agreed-upon design.
You sign an agreement to officially secure your spot in our installation queue. A deposit will be required four weeks prior to the project's official kick-off.
Our Customer Assurance Review Evaluation (C.A.R.E) will be conducted with your Greathouse representative after your Project Manager gives notice of completion. We want to make sure all your expectations have been met.
