Peabody Plaza

Peabody Plaza is a new mixed-use commercial space located in Rolling Mill Hill, a neighborhood just southeast of downtown Nashville. What was once a 250-space surface parking lot is now home to various office, dining, and public spaces.

The 290,000 square foot site now holds a nine-story office building, underground parking garage, restaurant with outdoor seating, rooftop amenity deck, and pocket park. It’s a functional, innovative space that blends workspace and community park.

Greathouse teamed up with Hawkins Partners to create and maintain this beautifully designed commercial landscape. The outdoor spaces were brought to life with ornamental grasses, American linden trees, raised corten steel planters, and crushed granite. The project was completed in 2020, and it’s a top spot to check out for both work and play!
