Sylvan Supply

Sylvan Supply is a brand new re-use development site on Charlotte Avenue in Nashville’s West Side. Once an industrial mill, this collection of industrial buildings is now home to various office, dining, and public spaces.

There is 162,000 square feet of contemporary office space, and 32,000 square feet of dining and retail space. Outdoor corridors and greenspace connect the buildings, encouraging an active and collaborative environment.

Greathouse partnered with HDLA to create and maintain a beautifully designed commercial landscape. Complete with plank stone pavers, salvaged railroad track with granite, fescue sod, switch grass, and raised core tin steel planters, the design is clean and uniform.

The project was recently completed in 2020. Greathouse will continue to maintain the landscaping.
