Integrity - It's the most important principle of leadership and demands truthfulness and honesty. It means telling the truth even if the truth isn’t what you want to hear.
The way I got into landscaping was through my father, who ran his own landscaping company out of North Alabama. While in college at the University of North Alabama, I worked for a family at their property doing landscape work. That’s where I found a love for landscaping. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in professional management in 2018. I am a person that enjoys the simple things in life such as hanging out with friends and family and going to sporting events. My pride and joy is a 4 year old chocolate lab named "Doc".
Accountability - having ownership for your own actions instead of pointing the finger and blaming someone else for them is what makes a successful team.
Bob creates a vision for our clients’ outdoor spaces and communicates it through beautiful and accurate design renderings. We lean on his expertise throughout our projects, from initial meetings to project completion and beyond as he consults with clients, salespeople, project managers, account managers, and crew. Outside of work, you’ll find him enjoying time outdoors, traveling with family, or reading pioneering naturalist and conservationist John Muir.
Persistence. "Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent.” – John C. Maxwell
