The Adelicia

The Adelicia is a high-end multi-family development in the Vanderbilt/Midtown neighborhood that we originally installed back in ’07-’08. The project included a streetscape and a comprehensive amenity deck planted with lightweight soils we had craned to the roof deck.

After a few years, The Adelicia asked us to come back on board for maintenance. They had a vision to spruce up the amenity deck planting.

Greathouse provided full design services as well as installation of new plant materials and soils. The Adelicia has an adjacent park which we also maintain and keep pristine for residents. And we implemented battery-powered blowers at the property to reduce machine noise for their residents.

The project was completed in 2021. Greathouse continues to maintain the landscaping.
